• Oversaw sales operations and management for a labor force that included internal direct team plus contracted 3rd party provided employees with P&L management and multi-unit accountability with an operating budget up $18.9M annually, generating $500M+ annually in sales.

• Directed and led relationship with 3rd party contracted labor provider with Program Director, 8 territory managers and 300+ Field Associates

• Managed a cross-functional operations team constructed to support sales operations, analytics, and field communication (including field operations, fleet vehicle program, reporting compliance, etc.)
